Who are we?

Daniel, 199 St. Vital Royal Canadian Air Cadets

Civilian volunteer

Daniel Diment

Our Founder, the Visionary

Super Power: Empowering Resilience

Daniel founded Poo Crew in 2010, making it his personal mission to clean up the neighbourhood. Bucket in hand, Daniel was known for his cheery, light hearted demeanor and for his volunteer efforts within the community.

Under Daniel's personal philosophy of continuous improvement, the team at Poo Crew now helps keep neighbourhoods clean across many of Canada's major cities.

Taking the reigns, he's built a team dedicated to helping everyone from busy parents to elderly citizens live comfortable lives.

It wasn't always like this, though.

Everyone knows hardship - and Daniel is no exception to this.

When the cards were dealt, Daniel found growing up that the deck was painfully stacked against him. Everyone's experiences growing up are unique, and they help shape us into the people we are today.

Our past is the forge that tempers us, and Daniel wanted to break the cycle.

Today, Daniel is known for the leadership he brings to his Cadets, as well as the guidance and positivity he brings to the team here.

Outside of his community and business work, Daniel's passion for health and fitness drives and inspires those around him. He enjoys daily walks, a strict workout routine and is always happy to give advice and coaching to those looking to work on themselves.

Regarding the Officer of Merit Award...

"The recipient of this award is an officer who always puts in the extra time and effort to make sure that the squadron is running smoothly. The senior cadets decided on this officer based on the following criteria: being a present an integral part of the unit, time spent on parade night activities as well as weekends, being approachable and easy to work with."
