Other Stuff & Things to Know

Your PooFessional will be there before you know it. Usually by end of the week

(Sunday at the latest if you signed up before Thursday)

Otherwise by the end of next week at the very latest.

NOTE: we may come the same day you signed up if we are in your area so please make sure your propery is accessable.

What if my dog is aggressive / nervous around strangers?

Please call us ASAP at (855) 588-5946 so that we can set your account up with the necessary precautions and ensure you're notified in advance of the visit.

How do you guys dispose of the poop?

We'll secure and bag it before safely and cleanly disposing of the bags in the city bins. Please ensure that your bins are accessable prior to the visit!

What about the winter?

Our technicians know all the tricks of the trade - for instance, most dogs tend to have hotspots and leave tracks in the snow directly to them!

However, after a fresh snowfall it can be hard to get everything.

In that case, we'll be doing a sort of 'zamboni' path to find everything we can below the snow, and we'll do our best to maintain your gate for you by chipping away ice to prevent ice buildup from preventing access on future visits.

Our technician patrols your yard to find everything they can for you, and then comes back on the next visit to get everything caught up if there's anything missed.

Best of all, if we scoop throughout the winter, you won't need to pay for a Spring Clean!

Can I request a specific day?

We service the city in 'chunks', which allows us to be efficient with our routing - ensuring everyone gets service in a timely manner. This means there is very little flexibility in the day assigned, though twice a week clients are guarenteed to have either Thursday or Friday as one of their two days.

What happens if you can't access my yard?

No worries! We'll swing by the following week to get things caught up. If it's winter, we'll use that time to chip away ice and snow buildup around the gate to make it as accessable as we can!

What if I need to skip a service day?

Good question! Please tell us before our technician is dispatched to your yard. You can do so by calling us directly on your VIP phone line:

(855) 588-5946, or by submitting a ticket through the website if it's not time sensitive (I.E. letting us know days in advance)

If you let us know in advance, we can postpone the service and make sure you're credited for the visit.

Note however that once our technician arrives, it's too late to receive a credit - as we'll still need to pay them for the job.
