How does the package work if I need to pause / skip service?
Each pending visit is considered a ' service credit ' on our end. If you need to pause service, we can set that pause up and resume it any time during 2024.
If you need to cancel early, don't worry! We'll save your remaining service credits for future service.
Note that if you've received your first service, the package is no longer refundable.
How does it work, what do I receive?
~ The Signup form above sets you up for 10 weeks of service, at one visit per week
~ You receive 'Rush' (expedited service) upgrade for free over those who just get a one-time clean
~ Your spring clean is included in the package, so no need to worry about additional charges
~ Each week, we come and clear your yard of that week's poop
~ At the end of the 10 weeks, you may continue service at standard pricing ($99 per 4 weeks)
But how will you find the POOP in the winter?
Our technicians know all the tricks of the trade - for instance, most dogs tend to have hotspots and leave tracks in the snow directly to them!
However, after a fresh snowfall it can be hard to get everything. In that case, we'll do our best to maintain your gate for you by chipping away ice, etc.
Our technician patrols your yard to find everything they can for you, and then comes back on the next visit to get everything caught up!
Best of all, if we scoop throughout the winter, you won't need to get a Spring Clean!
What's this "Spring Clean" all about?
Often in the Great Canadian winter, it snows. And when it does, it covers up all the poop! However, just because you can't see it - it doesn't mean it isn't there.
It is normal for a dog to poop 2-3 times per day, we'll let you do the math! 💩
As the snow melts, it reveals the entire winter's glorious poop collection for all to see (and smell)!
It can be a tremendous task to get it all cleaned up - that's where the Spring Clean comes in.
A spring clean typically requires a very long visit when your yard is dry, alternatively it will take several longer weekly visits as the snow melts to get it caught up.
Note that the spring clean is included free in this package!
What if I've already signed up, and I currently have a once-a-week plan? Can I still upgrade?

How soon will I receive my first cleaning?
