The Interview:
In order to ensure that Poo Crew is a fit for you, we want to show you what we doo doo onsite and in person. While there are many benefits to our workplace (see video above) Pooper scooping isn't the job for everyone.
If you enjoy working outside, working with a progressive team, and setting your own schedule while making some sweet cash this is the gig for you!
Opportunity Beyond Scooping:
Pooper Scooper - Probably not the title you'd imagined for yourself!
(Though it does have a nice ring to it)
However, if you're looking to build a career, there is a lot of opportunity for growth beyond just scooping poop.
Profit Sharing
We've recently launched a program that allows you to grow your own division!
Basically, if you've ever wanted to own a franchise - you have the option to create your own client list & even hire a crew to do those yards for you.
Marketing
We offer growth opportunities to those who would like to grow their own business within Poo Crew, with transferrable skills that will allow you to take any service based business to the next level.
City Supervisor
We're also looking for people with a leadership mentality, those who are willing to oversee the success of a city. This comes with a greater responsibility - you're the boots on the ground! While this comes with the obvious perk of making more money, you're also in a great position to grow your own division within Poo Crew and will have even more support and resources allocated to your success.
